Past Performance Initiatives:

  • United States Army - Training & Doctrine Command (TRADOC):  Through this initiative our subsidiary, Workplace Consultants, completed a one-year contract to provide instructional support to various TRADOC components within the United States Army.  The TRADOC Quality Assurance Office identified a deficiency in the test development, test item writing and performance assessment construction skills of the training and education development workforce.  This training involved providing instructor support for multiple Test Construction Course initiatives and our instructors were responsible for training hundreds of TRADOC personnel during the period of performance.  Our personnel were responsible for course management, on-site class facilitation/instruction and various other training support functions.  Our instructors conducted 20 mobile training iterations within multiple locations throughout the United States and this contract was administered as a joint project with PRIME defense contractor, Innovative Emergency Management, Inc. (IEM).  We were also teamed with defense contractor Macaulay-Brown, Inc. for this effort.

  • United States Army Military Police (MANSCEN):  Through this initiative, our company provided expert instruction to military and Department of Defense service members from around the globe.  The contract involved training Military Police Investigators (MPI) and Criminal Investigators (CID) on criminalistics, drug investigation, crime scene investigation, defense tactics and other topics related to the criminal investigative function.  Training was also conducted with service members from other nations.  This contract was administered as a joint project with PRIME defense contractor, Innovative Emergency Management, Inc. (IEM).  This particular vehicle successfully concluded on August 31, 2009.
  •  United States Army Military Police (MANSCEN):  Through this initiative, our company provided instructor support to the Military Police Advanced Individual Training Course (31B AIT), which is comprised of over 35 law and order-based courses of instruction.  During this contract our instructors trained hundreds of Military Police soldiers during a one-year joint project with PRIME defense contractor, Innovative Emergency Management, Inc. (IEM).  This particular vehicle successfully concluded on June 30, 2008.
