Midwest Police Consultants offers a variety of training courses. Our in-service and basic continuing education classes are typically offered in convenient multiple-hour training sessions. 24-hour training blocks are also available. As a general rule, a flat rate will be charged for each attendee; however, some courses may require additional resource fees or feature discounted tuition rates. Please contact us for a detailed bid proposal, based on your department's needs. Individual tuition fees are typically denoted within the course description for upcoming training seminars and we are usally able to secure hotel room blocks at discounted rates. Fees for our private industry training programs and policy development services are bid according to the requested task. Please contact us direct for quotes related to the latter services.
Tuition Fee Payment Requirements After receipt of your enrollment, you will receive an invoice for all applicable tuition fees. Please ensure all fees are paid by the due date on the invoice, which is normally scheduled prior to the first day of training. Unless otherwise specified, all tuition fees are due before the first day or training or your enrollment can not be guaranteed. Cancellation Policy Cancellations that occur within 7-days of the first day of training will result in no refund and the appropriate credit will be carried forward. Enrollment “no shows” will not be eligible for a refund as well; however, credit will be carried forward and can be used toward any of our scheduled courses. It is the responsibility of those who receive the invoice to ensure that document is directed to the appropriate sources for payment. Neither POST credit nor a certificate of completion will be conveyed to any student who has an outstanding balance for tuition fees. Insufficient Funds All insufficient funds checks will result in a $35 fee. Those checks that do not clear or are not properly funded will be reported to the Boone County Prosecutor.
