WE HAVE UPDATED OUR TRAINING BLOCKS IN ORDER TO OFFER GREATER FLEXIBILITY & SELECTION 
     
Getting the required POST continuing education training is easier with block training options, available through Midwest Police Consultants. Block training affords police officers the opportunity to take advantage of multiple course offerings that are designed to satisfy most, if not all, the required hours of outsourced continuing education in all four core curricula areas. Midwest Police Consultants offers POST approved training; so each of our courses meet Missouri POST approved provider standards. 
    
Each training block includes a variety of courses, designed to expose officers to a diverse training schedule that optimizes their learning experience. Block training also offers maximum flexibility to department administrators, as you choose the block that best suits your department's training needs. We offer flexible training sessions, which allow you to effectively schedule all officers wishing to attend. 
    
As a general rule, each block will consist of 24 hours of POST approved continuing education training. Training courses will consist of various hours in each of the four core curricula areas. Block training sessions can be scheduled in a variety of ways. First, your department may wish to participate in training sessions held during three consecutive days. For smaller departments, we offer flexible blocks that have the capability of being completed one day per week for a three week period. Contact Midwest Police Consultants in order to schedule training in your area. We will gladly work with you to make our block training options fit your department's schedule. 
    
Each block training session will require a minimum enrollment of officers; however, the latter individuals may come from multiple departments. In order to effectively facilitate training coordination, we ask that you contact us at least 60-days in advance of the desired training dates.
