This course expounds on the basic criminal interdiction course and features instruction on conducting drug interdiction operations for both passenger and commercial vehicles. The course also explores legal aspects of interdiction related to current case law and applicable search & seizure mandates. Controlled delivery operations and current trends related to contraband shipping through local transfer companies (Fed Ex, etc.) will also be discussed. This course features several different instructors and a hands-on commercial vehicle familiarization.
