This course is designed to raise awareness related to troubled employees in the workplace. The skills and techniques presented within this training are designed to help line function employees, supervisors and managers relate to problem situations and offer the best alternatives for maintaining a mentally healthy workplace. Stress and other psychological problems will also be discussed.
