This course is designed to enhance personnel performance and to introduce various conflict resolution techniques to both line function and management personnel. Training is broke down into seven individual training modules and includes lecture, as well as various practical exercises designed to enhance the learning atmosphere. Topics of discussion include conflict management, effective communication, values assessment and an explanation of effective negotiation, mediation and arbitration techniques. This training is applicable to any function and is beneficial to both the law enforcement and private sector community.
