As of January 1, 2003 Missouri law required that each peace officer, involved in traffic enforcement, attend racial profiling training.  As of August 28, 2008, Missouri law requires all peace officers involved in traffic enforcement receive a minimum of 3-hours of Racial Profiling training per 3-year counting period.  This course satisfies that requirement and will expose officers to prohibitions against racial profiling. The course is designed to promote an understanding and respect for racial and cultural differences, and will address effective enforcement methods for carrying out law enforcement duties in a diverse environment.  In order to satisfy the 2008 mandate, consider our Cultural Diversity class.
